These terms apply to orders placed on foglabvapes.ca with FogLab Vapes (29 Commonwealth Ave, Mount Pearl and 311 Hamilton Ave, St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Adults only
We sell vaping products only to people who are 19 or older, the minimum age in Newfoundland and Labrador. You must be 19+ to use this website and to place an order. See our Age & ID policy.
2. Online orders are reservations
Placing an order online reserves products at the store you choose. Pickup orders can be paid online by card or at the counter; delivery orders are paid online by card at checkout. Either way the order is handed over in person, at the counter or at your door, only after we have checked your government photo ID. Until then we may cancel an order for any of the reasons in section 6, and anything paid online for a cancelled order is refunded.
3. Prices and taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars and shown before tax. Newfoundland and Labrador’s vapour products tax (23%) applies to vaping devices, substances and packages, and HST (15%) is charged on the same price (not on the vapour products tax). The total shown at checkout is an estimate; the amount you pay is confirmed at the counter. If a price on the website is wrong, we’ll tell you before you pay and you can cancel.
4. Pickup
- While the store is open, orders are usually ready within about 30 minutes. We email you when yours is ready.
- We hold pickup orders for 48 hours. After that the products go back on the shelf and the order is released.
- The order can only be collected by the person named on it, showing matching government photo ID that confirms they are 19 or older.
5. Same-day delivery
- Delivery is offered in St. John's, Mount Pearl, Paradise, Conception Bay South, Torbay, Portugal Cove–St. Philip's, Goulds, Logy Bay, Flatrock, Bauline and Pouch Cove only, up to 30 km by road from the store. The delivery fee is set by distance and order total, shown at checkout (see Pickup, delivery & payment). We’ll call to confirm the time.
- The driver will only hand the order to the person who placed it, after checking matching government photo ID. Orders are never left unattended or with anyone else.
- If no one with valid ID is there to receive it, the order returns to the store and may be cancelled.
- If you are under 19, can’t show valid government photo ID, or the name on your ID doesn’t match the name on the order, the delivery will be refused. The delivery fee is still charged and isn’t refundable when a delivery is refused for these reasons.
6. When we cancel or refuse an order
We will cancel an order, or refuse to complete a sale, if:
- valid government photo ID isn’t shown, doesn’t match the order, or appears altered;
- we have reason to believe the products are for someone under 19;
- an item has sold out (we’ll contact you first about the rest of the order); or
- the order isn’t collected within the hold period.
If you paid online and we cancel or refuse the order, including for a failed ID check, we refund the amount paid to the card used, through Clover, except the delivery fee on a delivery refused for the ID reasons in section 5, which isn’t refundable. Refunds usually appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your card issuer. Nothing paid in store is affected until the sale is completed at the counter.
7. Cancelling your order
You can cancel any time before we start preparing it, using the link in your confirmation email, or by calling (709) 808-0288.
8. Product information
Specifications come from manufacturers and are provided for information. Flavour availability changes and differs between stores. Vaping products contain nicotine, a highly addictive chemical, and are not intended for people who don’t already use nicotine products.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Newfoundland and Labrador and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing in them limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
