In-store pickup
- Choose St. John’s (311 Hamilton Ave) or Mount Pearl (29 Commonwealth Ave) at checkout.
- While the store is open, orders are usually ready within about 30 minutes — we email you when yours is.
- Orders placed after hours are prepared shortly after the store opens.
- We hold pickup orders for 48 hours, then return the products to the shelf.
Same-day delivery
- Available in St. John's, Mount Pearl, Paradise, Conception Bay South, Torbay, Portugal Cove–St. Philip's, Goulds, Logy Bay, Flatrock, Bauline and Pouch Cove.
- The delivery fee depends on the driving distance from the store and your products total (after any discount, before tax), and is shown at checkout before you order. No delivery over 30 km from the store.
- We call to confirm the delivery time.
- The driver checks government photo ID at the door and hands the order only to the person who placed it, 19+.
- Orders are never left at the door or with anyone else.
- If you are under 19, can’t show valid government-issued photo ID, or the name on your ID doesn’t match the name on your order, your delivery will be refused. Delivery fees are still charged and are non-refundable if delivery is refused for these reasons.

We deliver in St. John's, Mount Pearl, Paradise, Conception Bay South, Torbay, Portugal Cove–St. Philip's, Goulds, Logy Bay, Flatrock, Bauline, Pouch Cove, up to 30 km by road. Checkout measures the driving distance from the store to your street and shows the exact fee before you order.
Shipping
We don’t ship vaping products by mail or courier. Every order is handed over in person so ID can be checked.
Payment
You can pay at checkout by card through FogLab’s secure Clover checkout. Your card details are entered on Clover’s page and are never seen or stored by this website. Pickup orders can also be paid at the counter when you pick up. Delivery orders are paid online at checkout only; drivers don’t take payment at the door. The total includes NL’s 23% vapour products tax and 15% HST, both charged on the price of the products (HST also applies to the delivery fee, if any), shown in full at checkout. Online payments are charged in Canadian dollars to the store you ordered from. Paying online doesn’t replace the ID check: government photo ID (19+) matching the name on the order is required at pickup and delivery, and the card must be in your name. Changes and cancellations
You can cancel before we start preparing your order from your order page, or by calling us. Orders paid online are cancelled by phone and refunded in full to the card used, through Clover. An online payment that isn’t completed within 30 minutes releases the order, and nothing is charged.
