How ordering works

Reserve online, pick up in minutes. Simple, quick, and the law's followed every step of the way.

    Choose your products

    Pick the products and flavours you want and add them to your cart. At checkout, choose pickup (at St. John's or Mount Pearl) or delivery to your door. Stock updates live.

  2. 02

    Place your order

    Enter your name as it appears on your photo ID, your phone, email and date of birth (we check you're 19+, then discard it). Then pay online by card through FogLab's secure Clover checkout, or in store for pickup where the store offers it. Delivery is paid online.

  3. 03

    We get it ready

    While the store's open, orders are usually ready within 30 minutes. We email you the moment it's ready. Orders placed after hours are ready shortly after opening.

  4. 04

    Show ID and collect

    Bring government photo ID matching the name on the order. If you didn't pay online, pay at the counter. Pickup orders are held for 48 hours.

Same-day delivery

We deliver across St. John's, Mount Pearl, Paradise, Conception Bay South, Torbay, Portugal Cove–St. Philip's, Goulds, Logy Bay, Flatrock, Bauline and Pouch Cove. Choose “Same-day delivery” at checkout and enter your address: the fee is worked out for you from the driving distance from the store to your street and your order total, and it’s free on orders of $100+ within 10 km. We’ll call to confirm a time.

We deliver in St. John's, Mount Pearl, Paradise, Conception Bay South, Torbay, Portugal Cove–St. Philip's, Goulds, Logy Bay, Flatrock, Bauline, Pouch Cove, up to 30 km by road. Checkout measures the driving distance from the store to your street and shows the exact fee before you order.

  • The driver checks government photo ID at the door — it must match the name on the order.
  • Orders are handed only to the person who placed them, never left at the door or with anyone else.

Federal law forbids sending or delivering a vaping product to anyone under 18, and Newfoundland and Labrador’s minimum age is 19. That’s why every hand-off is in person.

Age & ID verification

All customers must be 19 years of age or older and present valid government-issued photo ID upon delivery. If you are under 19, fail to provide valid ID, or the name on your ID does not match the name on your order, your delivery will be refused. Delivery fees will still be charged and are non-refundable if delivery is refused for these reasons.

The same ID check applies at in-store pickup: the order is only handed to the person named on it, showing matching photo ID.
